"I want to die."
Sometimes we find ourselves in very dark places, dark feelings, hopeless and helpless, when we don’t know what to do at that moment, and in situations when only suicide seems to be the solution. This is an illusion. There is always ways to a better life.
It is important to talk to the right person, because others may not understand how you feel. It doesn’t mean they don’t care about you, they might care about you a lot, but the people who haven’t been in the same situation might not understand it.
You have to know, whatever you're going through, you're worthy and worth to live, and worth to live a happy, joyful life. You can bring yourself up from the lowest. Find inspirations from those who have done that. I know you can, too.
I believe in you.
In case you feel suicidal, there are people who are happy to help you to get over this feeling, you need to understand you are not alone. It might not seem like that in that moment but you are not alone.
